1. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. If you use the Platform on behalf of a business, you confirm you have authority to bind that business, and "you" includes that business.

2. What the Platform is (and is not)

Property Works provides tools to help users manage property-related projects and workflows, including job/project listings, requests for quotes, quote submission and acceptance, contract and invoice management, collaboration features, and (on certain tiers) financial tracking and KPI dashboards. Property Works is not: • a party to any contract between Property Owners/Property Managers and Tradespeople • a contractor, surveyor, engineer, architect, or professional advisor • responsible for the quality, timing, legality, safety, or outcome of works performed by Tradespeople

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 to use the Platform and you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Accounts and security

You must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for maintaining password and device security. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Payments, billing, and refunds

Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and renew automatically unless cancelled. You can cancel via your account settings. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable once a billing period has started. If you are a consumer in the UK/EU and you purchase online, you may have a 14-day withdrawal right for digital services.

6. Prohibited use

You must not: • use the Platform unlawfully, fraudulently, or harmfully • misrepresent identity, qualifications, licensing, or insurance • post deceptive listings, quotes, invoices, or reviews • upload malware, scrape, disrupt, or attempt to bypass security • harass, abuse, or discriminate against others

7. Intellectual property

The Platform and all related software, designs, trademarks, and content are owned by or licensed to PROPERTY WORKS APP LIMITED and protected by intellectual property laws. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Platform.

8. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Platform is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not guarantee that the Platform will be error-free or meet your requirements.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer protection rules provide otherwise.
